Job Title: 3D Designer Location: Bhubaneswar Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and versatile 3D Designer with strong skills in Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, or similar 3D software . The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and capable of turning ideas and concepts into visually compelling 3D assets for use. Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality 3D models, textures, lighting, and animations as per project requirements Collaborate with internal teams including design, engineering, marketing, or game development Participate in brainstorming and concept development for new projects Optimize models for performance and ensure compatibility with rendering or real-time engines Follow project guidelines, meet deadlines, and maintain consistency across all assets Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques in 3D modelling and visualization Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Autodesk Maya , 3ds Max , or any industry-standard 3D modelling software (e.g., Blender, SketchUp) Strong understanding of modelling, UV mapping, texturing, lighting, and rendering workflows Familiarity with rendering engines like V-Ray , Arnold , Redshift , or Unreal Engine Ability to work with reference images, blueprints, and concept art to create realistic 3D assets Attention to detail and a strong artistic sense Strong communication and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Degree or diploma in 3D Design, Animation, Visual Effects, Fine Arts, or a related field Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects) Experience with rigging and animation (optional, depending on the role) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Bharatpur, Bhubaneswar, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
